MMA The Book OF Knowledge.. By BJ PENN

Just bought this book yesterday.. It's a great book. Can't believe how well it was put together.. Had to have it for the librabry.. Anyone else bought this book, if not I would say it is a must have.. Discuss.

Just think, the next time somebody bumps into you and challenges you to a fight, you can just mention that you read BJ Penn's Book of Knowledge, toss out a line or two, and send the guy running away wimpering like a child.
