because its hard. especially when you are as big as they are.

if you weigh under 200lbs like urself ofcourse your going to be shredded to the bone one week out lolol

but if you are well over 200 it makes sense. i think bbers nowadays are trying to save their health a little bit by not going so hard on the dieting and cutting drugs.
