Arimidex - Nolva wars
« on: September 21, 2007, 12:33:20 PM »
I read a long thread on another forum where the members argued (viciously at times) whether Arimidex or Nolva hinder gains.  Some said that the straight of Arimidex blocks estrogen to such an extent that gains in size and strength are severely affected.  Others said that .25 mg ed is just enough to stop bloat but one would continue to gain muscle and strength.  Still others argued that Nolva even at 20 mg ed during cycle will stop gains.
What do you guys think?

i call bullshit, it depends on the individual and they're sensitivity to aromatization.I use them and only thing i lose is the bloat.

Nolva doesn't decrease the amount of estrogen in your body, so it shouldn't effect gains at all.

Duchaine pointed out yrs ago that the veterinary steroids have female hormones in precise ratios that were carefully worked up from plenty of extensive research. He went as far as to consider Test is not
nearly as anabolic w/ out some estrogen, and pointed out many guys that get gyno do so on cycles where
they got permanently much bigger.

That said, we ain't cows. And gyno is not really fashionable.

But, theres something to be said about carrying around that max bloat. I feel It does help program the body to be able to support more new muscle. That was the idea behind Borrensons set point theory.
Its prolly one of the most intelligent, but simple theorys of how to get the body to keep new gains
Ive ever heard. If anyones interested I can dig it up.

Food for thought, my best cycle ever was the cycle I got my gyno...
