How long do you wait in between cycles?

It totally depends on what I was on and for how long.  Too broad to give a blanket answer for.  I usually bridge AAS with GH/IGF so I'm almost always on something.

cycle time 10 weeks,
brake 12 weeks,
cycle time 10 weeks again !

I talked to a guy that recently did very well at the USA's. He was saying he did
2 weeks anabolics then 2 weeks androgenic compunds...that way he kept his receptors fresh?!

 I know must of us run our gear for a certain amount of weeks, then break, then back on a new stack.

Sounds interesting to me, any thoughts..

10-12 weeks on then a minimum of 8 weeks off. Least thats what I did.

take off as long as u feel u need off,, if your fully recoverd in 6 weeks go for it...if u need 6 month off then so be it.. if youve got competative aspirations stay on as much as u can,, british lads tend to do shorter courses with a small amount of time inbetween, the american trend seems to be long drawn out courses with a little more time inbetween, both add up to the same thing tho

Well if your not going to use blood test to make that decision for you, then use what us old timers did back when...If you come off a cycle and the boys are back at home and you feel good, go for it whether it be 2 weeks or 2 yrs off.
