i agree with heracles, ive seen a lot of guys who look small, but handle some pretty heavy weights in the gym. 

its possible that this guy uses his chest and shoulders much more than his arms during the bench press.  some movements hit different muscles more on different people.  that could explain the small arms.  his chest and shoulders might be good.

I believe it, looks like decent lats for his size, Lats play a big roll in benching, either that or sloppy form explaining why he has no chest

mmmmm, maybe 250-275, but not 315. he does look pretty strong though. definitely more than 195

also, it's kinda hard to judge the dude with his shirt on. you'd have to see how well developed the rest of his upper body is. maybe he juices, and has us all fooled! Grin

Its not that hard to do bro.... if you have a strong lower back... tahts the hardest part....i can probably do 315x20 if im fresh... and im 215 right now 2 weeks out.... its possible... some people are just strong.  Look up Jerry Zunigus (sp?)  Hes in thermolife adds.  He barbell rows 495 and has presented pix, and hes NOT that big...
