Agreed. No, Vic will not come in IMPROVED enough to Win the O this year ... I firmly believe that. Maybe next year ? But then again, he could very well prove me wrong. Victor has two big things going against him.

He's an MD guy. I just can't see MD being allowed to have exclusive rights to Mr. Olympia for a full year. At least not while Papa Joe is still alive.

He's not a Muscletech guy. Muscletech paid a ton of cash to ~~buy~~ sponsor this thing and they expect some kind of return on their investment.

No because at this point it's no longer about his size or shape it's about his conditioning. Unless Chad can get him to 98 or 01 Mr. O Ronnie level conditioning, (which I think is more genetic than anything but is possible) he won't win the O with Jay competing.
