The Beef thinks Jay is one of those guys who really suffer from the tanning products. Jays fine muscular details are covered up by the coats of tan product. He is rock hard and has a grainy look but it gets lost.

It's gonna be a great one best of luck to all the big boys . . . The Beef is pulling for Ronnie.

He looks good. You'd be surprised at what cutting back or cutting out the slin would do. He might not be as big but I'll bet he'll be more cut.

Im with you ALL the way re time for a change, Just think that the change is more likely with more aesthetic athletes. Good for him if thats his intention though.

I noticed that too.  His skin looks more "loose" than normal...but I'm not sure he's looked like that before...especially from watching his ASC prep from his DVD's.

same old jay, same layer of water, fat levels,ugly abs, no veins, lack of detail anywhere. the man is the most overrated pro in the ifbb.
