Well shouldn't really be much of a diffrence,Both should eat clean. But off season BB's might take in more calories then a PL's because a PL might have to stay near a certain weight if they want to stay in that class.

I competed at 132 so I never let my weight go above 140. Even in the off season.

Well if you are asking "how different SHOULD they be" then the answer is very different.


If you want to know how they are different in real life.....refer to Nash above.


The big difference is in carbohydrate intake mostly.
