thanks guys but i'm nowhere near as big as i used to be, i just go for the health look these days, all the years of heavy lifting has taken a toll on my joints.
True man, I look back through the years of adding plate upon plate upon plate on my max bench, and I think "was it really worth it for just 300 pounds of ripped muscle?"
I'm with you SF, I just hit the circuit training hard these days and go for the "sports look", i'm already down to around 900kcals a day, which is all you really need to get laid.
