I always find it odd when I am some where tropical on vacation and I see these losers who are not even in good shape to begin with heading to the hotel gym for a run.  WTF?  Its vacation.  relax.  take a breather

I spent a couple of years "working" in a gym in a Jamaican resort, and it was the cushiest job I ever had in my life. No one ever came. I used to abandon the place for hours on end and literally did next to nothing....It was a great job

I agree with you 100%. I love working out. Going to the gym for me is like a vacation all in-itself. I get to be alone with my thoughts, work through the days stress, let my anger out, and work up a sweat.

i dont understand if you gusy dont liek lifting weights...why are you a bodybuilder? Because lifting weights does not make you sexy or attractive, most people actually are turned off by overly muscular people. If you are just exercising to look good, take up running..lift weights once or twice a week.

i remember doing this in cancun over high school senior trip.  the door to the gym is actually right one the pool patio so it was very convenient.

I just went on a week long vacation, and i managed to work out almost every day. i dont see why i wouldn't, it was pretty easy, justl ike 6 bucks for a day pass at a local ymca. Just takes like an hour to do, so why not, i do like lifting, and then i relax the rest of the day.
