Yes, those words are associated with the color RED, but “Amateur Champion” is two words.

The video clearly states: “Now, we will use “red” as the color code as we go back to re-read Weider’s cryptic message. Reading all individual words found associated with the color red…”

Notice that it says INDIVIDUAL words. And the only individual words associated with the color RED are the ones pointed out in the video.
