Brothers do not have calves. I believe it all stems from genetic's. Back in Africa strong calves where not needed. As a spear chucker and hunter over the hot Savana chasing one's prey and running from predators, legs where streamlined. Hence the small calves. Not till' the comming to America with their new careers as slaves did they become a larger bodied people. the slave breeders would pare up the biggest sister and, the biggest "brother". they naturally would mate over time and, produce a bigger and, stronger slave. Still for some reason the calves have never become a strong point, I feel, do to the need to run from predators, i,e the POLICE.
