Bodysport Radio
« on: September 27, 2007, 11:25:41 PM »
Hey guys,

We've just launched Bodysport radio on the newly designed Bodysport.com  It's hosted by Elaine and Terry Goodlad so you know you'll get the best inside info. This week it's all about the O and Jen Hendershott is the special guest.

If you're making it to the Olympia check out the Bodysport/Hardbodeez booth at the expo featuring Elaine, Dina al Sabah, and Anikk Nayler next to the Garbage Nutrition booth across from the MMA set up.  If you can't make the show check out the webcast on Bodybuilding.com.  Elaine will be co-hosting Friday night backstage with Living Beautiful Radio host Nancy Di Nino.

Hope to see you guys there.  Good luck to everyone, it should be great!

Sounds great, Kevin!  This is right up Terry's alley.

I can't wait to check it out on a computer that actually has some decent speakers.  Note to self: no more Fujitsus.

Have fun in Vegas this weekend.

This is a great show. Terry and Elaine sound like they've been doing this for years. They did a great job with Hendershott and asked questions that we don't often get.

Stop by and listen to this show, it's definitely worth it.

Congrats and much success with future shows.

Great shows...Audio quality kinda suffered on episode 2.
Really think this is a good thing for the women's side of the sport.
It was funny hearing Adela comment about the O.  How funny.  What a great attitude.  When I heard that she gets nervous too, I had to laugh.  No one would ever guess it!
Good luck with the show.
BTW - Is it coming to iTunes?  I know a number of the other Bodybuilding shows are there, would love to listen to it while doing my cardio.

Thanks a lot guys.  Yeah, Terry and Elaine are awesome on the show.  They have some great comments and advice for competitors about finding the on-stage look that's best for them.

Yes, the audio was poor on show two, the volume was way too low.   Not sure if it happend during the recording or the uploading.  Our apologies for that.  If you know Terry at all you know how important the quality of everything he is associated with is to him so you know we'll get it right.  Jenny Lynn was also interviewed during the same time period so we hope that audio will be better, if not she will of course be interviewed again.  And Adela, you were great and you know we will have you back on many times Chica!

Yes, the show will be available for free download and subscription on iTunes so I'll keep you posted.  Thanks again guys and keep doing what you do.  There is finally getting to be a lot of good coverage for the women from a number of directions thanks to a lot of people who post on this board.

Speaking of Elaine, she hinted during the Olympia webcast that she will be returning to the stage soon.  The timing she indicated seemed to suggest that she might do the Sacramento Pro, but I do not see her name on the list as of yet.  Does anyone know of her competition plans?

Elaine will be doing the Kentucky Muscle the weekend after the Sac.  She looks great right now! (OK, she always looks great but you know what I mean).

Kevin,
Terry, Elaine and yourself are great people to have in this sport.  Super positive and informative, not to mention on the ball!
Julie and I really respect what you all have to say and think it's great that more people will have the opportunity to hear it.
We've have been waiting for someone to take the lead and do a show just for the women's side of the sport.  I am positive that it will be a complete success!  I am so happy that it's going to be on iTunes as a Podcast.
YOU guys keep doing what your doing!  LOL!
Rick

Thanks Rick,

Julie has had an incredible year and you have done an excellent job promoting the athletes and the sport in a fun and positive manner.  I'll be shooting some interview questions her way in the next few days.

Terry and Elaine are both amazing and I have tremendous respect for them.  I have been fortunate enough to experience the level of knowledge and commitment they have and I am glad others are now getting that opportunity as well.

Here's hoping that we all keep doing our parts to help a lot more good things happen for a number of deserving people.
