Today Thursday we went early at 7:45am to Fox 5 TV channel to shoot a live segment for the news about Jay and the Olympia weekend, it went really well and Jay was a natural on camera.

Extremely well spoken, he is the best representative for bodybuilding since Arnold. Although i think Ronnie is a better bodybuilder, Jay is a much better public figure for the sport.

settle down. Jay does look smooth. Can he dry out? sure. But it's not veins that look poor - it's muscle shape and definition. It's just not there yet.
