Ok, so its early morning in vegas, the competitors will just be arising, how will their day take shape before the pre-judging tonight?? Is it just a case of sitting around the hotel room conserving energy, manipulating foods, diuretics, etc dependant upon how they look from hour to hour ?? Would be good to hear input from someone like Bob or Shawn or other pros on this?
