Is it ok to make fun of fat people on american television?

i dl some old episodes of married with children, and al bundy constantly made fun of fat people!

now i wonder, is this acceptable these days? wouldnt surprise me if this, along with a lot of other stuff, is starting to get banned from television!

It is still okay to make fun of fat people on tv
