sorry if this was already posted. i wasnt impressed with the shots earlier in the day, but these are very impressive and it shows his condition and waist are very improved!

This year conditioning seems to be the most important, like a hype. Smaller waist on jay and gustavo, ronnie with cheekbones, never saw a saggy face on ronnie before. BB phisique's are starting to go quality instead of mass mass.

looks like jay is bringing 01 knowing thatbeing the champ and not coming out of nowhere will be the right combo to use the 01 physique to get its sandow like it should have 6 yrs ago!

I mean he is obviously shooting sytnthol in one arm and not the other

his left arm is just as ripped and split when he poses

do i think he's booted some synthol in his arms----of course-----------just about all of the top tier guys have------but his arms look incredible when flexed and this pic proves it-----and I dont think he;s a synthol bag like an Ernie Taylor--its obvious the guy has some serious muscle--your biceps dont split like that if you dont

what a bunch of idiots, hes being shot on a 50 dollar flash camera set on auto, get someone with a slr camera quality lighting, proper camera setting , lenses ect... and jay would look shredded and hard as nails!
