Uh fellas, he's spreading his lats...tends to smooth things out a bit. When he hits a back double bicep that's when the invidiual muscle groups pop. The pose is supposed to indicate width, taper and mass.

yes im glad im not the only one who sees this!! Yes his midsection looks tight, and his quads are ripped, but look at the arms, delts, back, its all smooth, wheres the crisp tight striated detls and arms that a Mr O should display?

He is the mr o the judges will expect him to be the most condition guy on that stage, just like ronnie use to be, jay has a ton of mass going this year, but i think he sacrificed condition $:-\$

Ronnie hasn't been the most conditioned guy at the Olympia in YEARS Dexter is much sharper , Ronnie's best conditioned Olympia's were 1998 then 1999 after that his conditioning has slowly deteriorated , they heavier he became the more his conditioning suffered for it . however his conditioning has been very good for a man as heavy as he was which is why he's won for years , he's been the biggest and best conditioned at that weight .

Jay looks like what he has always been-a top bodybuilder. Maybe today he's the best, maybe it's someone else that is the spirit of competition, but he will never dominate like ronnie used to. At his best ronnie was on another level, pro bbers still haven't caught up and probably never will. I think depending on who looks liek what, gus might take second behind ronnie who knows....
