I heard for the last few months he only trained at home....

I think he stopped all his HEAVY squats and deads  :'(

You saw the same thing I did.  

When he and Jay first came out, I thought that it might be due to the dark curtain behind him, but Jay's legs had stolen Ronnie's sweep!

Exactly, craziness upper thighs and sweep wasn't there, but also his hamstrings seemed shallow.....I really hate this, but Ronnie's gonna struggle like hell to break the top 5....he's teetering in the top 5 with Melvin.
