Only thing Ronnie has on him is vascularity. Ronnie should just retire.

If Ronnie really said that, he needs to have his head examined.   Someone needs to beat some sense into him before he harms his legacy more than he already has.

Ronnie also said that he made dramatic changes to his training and nutrition, and it didnt work for him. He says he will go back to what did work for him.

Sounds like Ron will be taking number nine next year.
