Several of the routines were very "gay". World Harris tops them. Slap on a bowtie and put a pole in the middle of the stage and we would have been at Chippendales. Oh, sure, so there are a couple weird, bent?, eccentric competitors.
Sadly, no. The crowd went wild for those gay routines.
On the flip side, the crowd also went wild for Hide and Wolf ("cool", or "bad ass", would describe their routines). So, I guess the takeaway from all this is that there is a definite division in the audience.
