This posedown was prepared less than 5 weeks before Olympia.  It wasn't enough time for either one of us but we did it anyway for the fans who wanted to see an internet battle legitimately come to life.  Billy and Dave were running late and didn't arrive until 2:00pm so I did lose a bit of pump while waiting but again it didn't factor in as simply 5 weeks isn't enough time and I said time and time again, I would not be in contest shape

Also consider that a lot of pictures of us being off balance and bad were because we were standing on top of the ALRI table together and it was quite wobbly.  We had to improvise the event and posing on a table is tough.  The picture where I'm reaching down was when my foot got stuck on some ALRI banners.  You have to pose from bottom to top so if your footing is off then there goes your pose.  Honestly I would recommend you waiting until actual mandatory poses come out rather than these that are obviously not.   


As far as pictures are concerned, you may think you could have looked better but looking at yourself in a mirror isn't the same thing that will come out on camera.

On the other hand though I'm a bit annoyed about it all - this is the bodybuilding equivalent of American Idol where sub-par "talent" is applauded in order to give delusional losers their place in the spotlight for just a few minutes. Truly sad.

Nothing is more motivating to get a guy in shape than women laughing at his fat mishaped gelatanous bodies.   Vince didn't take this seriously at all.

Vince is the ultimate at self-promotion.  I give him props for being "Crazy like a fox"  He was walking in the expo and i was trying to decide if it was him.   I decided it couldnt be because he didnt look like he even lifted weights.   Just a normal guy with no lat flexing at all.  (Rare at the expo)

He was calmly walking toward the alri booth as if not a care in the world was on his mind......Amazing.  He is getting famous for his ability to laugh at himself and have a good time, while building up hilarious updates with posting things like "Brutal calves" "Incredible density"..........Im a fan.
