Interesting Tip

Hi

I happened to be watching some show the other day and they had an exercise expert on. One of the things he mentioned was working out in the morning before breakfast. He said not to work out too hard or too long just about 20 minutes.

It had to do with insulin levels and breaking the fast, to be honest i can't really explain it. But he said that studies show this is a good way to lose belly fat!
