Goofing around on the internet discussion boards has been fun and its brought a lot of business and notoriety to me over the past 6 years.  But now its over folks as I cannot top the Guns Vs Goodrum posedown, quite frankly going down as the most legendary and the only true discussion board battle that actually came to light. 




From here on out, I will no longer do the crazy stuff and will pretty much kill the character known as Vince Goodrum.  I am old like Geo folks and quite frankly, a lot of you folks are a lot more meaner and cruel than I am.  I've made fun of people directly but nowadays some of you folks are going way too fucking far with the stuff being said. 



Vince is gone and next year's Olympia I'll be working a booth.  I am also closing Caliber Fitness Solutions as well because I intend to start over fresh with a new company so my notoriety doesn't affect business.


Its been fun folks, I'll still be around but I'll post serious stuff from now on

Reality check time. I talked to Melvin at his hotel and instead of a pompous dude I spoke with a gentle guy. I thought wtf! So Melvin is full of surprises.

I guess he mixed with Ron, MD people, and lots of people in the game and realized that playing the stooge doesn't make one any money. You might be well-known but you won't be respected. That is why Caliber Fitness is finished. No one can take Goodrum seriously after his antics on Getbig. Plus, his physique wouldn't sell much based on that.

Thus, Melvin played the clown in Vegas and returned convinced he should reinvent himself. Well, this is easier said than done. What Melvin doesn't realize is he won't be able to be anyone else. It is when he is serious that he is a hoot. The playing the the crowd stuff is fun but he ends up losing respect for that stuff.

I don't know what to say. I thought he was on a roll now. Beats me how he is going to go from Vince G CSN MFT to some corporate serious guy. Can't be done, Melvin. Good luck.

Actually being a stooge has made me a lot of money from the wrestling ring and etc.  Its just not as profitable anymore and I'm now too old to do it anymore.
