Obviously - Jay was protected (by the judges) this year just like many Mr. Olympia's were protected previously...

But, keeping Dennis Wolf away from Jay and not calling a single comparison - was disgusting...
World needed to see them standing next to each other...and after the prejudging I told Dennis that WHEN HE IS CALLED FOR TOP SIX he should walk and stand next to Jay...regardless if he was suppose to be next to him in the lineup or not...

I told him to do that as he would get the whole audience behind him - seeing exactly what he wanted (and EVERYONE IN THE WORLD THAT MOMENT) - to see Dennis pose next to Jay and Victor.

If he would be told to "go back to his position" AUDIENCE WOULD HAVE REACTED SO SEVERELY that judges would possibly give him that chance after all....

The problem that I have is: EVERYONE IN THE WORLD WANTED TO SEE THAT COMPARISON BETWEEN JAY AND DENNIS (AND VICTOR - as real contest for the title was between Dennis and Victor)...and somehow judges didn't...

Why don't the judges give Wolf what he deserves? Why Jay?

Of course not and it isn't because wolf is better, it's because jay paid his dues and it would be disrespectful to jay to be compared to a rookie like that. Clearly dennis is better, but he's only done what 2 olympias now? Jay suffered 5 second place finishes, or six whatever point is in bodybuilding you don't compare the champ to a rookie not how it goes. Only one I have seen was orville burke next to ronnie, but everyone knew ronnie was better the fans just wanted to see lat spreads compared. Dennis should have gotten second, I foresee him doing that or bettr next year.

Ever heard of Dorian? 2nd place at his first Olympia showing. Then 1st until he retired. Wolf could've/should've been in the same situation.

Hahah they were the same ones who judged me at the Arkansas i think. It actually was nice to be judged by projudges though.
