why wouldn't you answer about your previous aas usage? it is in the past, before you found Christ, right? Are you not allowed to talk about the life you had before Christ? or are you scared you may implicate yourself in some illegal doings the DEA may be looking for?

ah, whatever, you seem like a huge hypocrit to me anyways, always looking out for yourself, while yammering on about God and loving one another and forgiveness. Speaking of forgiveness, how is your mom?

there is a problem, chaos?

Hope this helps: GURU's, GH & INSULIN!

Translation. . . no hard work, no diet compliance and lots of drugs. .vs. hard training, good diet and minimal drugs in the 70-mid 90's
...
nice one. . . :)

That dose is to high...I would say 1/2 I.u per day for life, To feel younger etc..

Wrong. A good friend of mine is on this dose and has been for three years. Blood tests have been excellent.

A freind of mine is doing pretty well @ 1/2 I.U per day...However, After all these busts the shit is going up in price big time...So we will have to scale back our usage..Big Pharma is kicking our asses..I would use 2 i.U. however, it's two expensiveto do so...I saying 1/2 I.U from an economic perspective..

I see. Since I have no experience with that low of a dose I can't comment, although if your friend feels he is getting results from it then that is all that matters.

Disgusted (feels weird calling you that  ;) ) Do you think it is possible for a top IFBB bb to walk away from the sport with absolutely no medical issues or regimes that he must follow to enjoy quality of life?

Well...

1- Kamali and I talked and there is realistic possibility that Disgusted (Magnum) and myself together will try to bring the best out of King.
As always - I love challenges and I like when people say - so and so is finished or something (whatever that might be) is impossible...
King did find out few things about my programs but as always by the time someone else "translates" what I said - it could be "lost in translation"...
He did few things right but also few things wrong for Montreal and final result was not as he expected...
Next time around - hopefully he would do it 100% and do it the right way - for the love of the sport as he doesn't have anything to prove to nobody else - but himself...and when he focuses on GOOD rather than BAD - good thing will come his way...
Barabara is just days away from giving a birth to their first child and I wish him all the happiness in the world - as only newborn can bring that...

2- All the talk about INSULIN is getting kind of old...as 'experts" fail to realize that IF used properly INSULIN could indeed be not just "not dangerous" but also healthy to any bodybuilder - competitor!
Used wisely INSULIN (strongest anabolic hormone) indeed is your best friend if you know how to manipulate it and not your worst enemy - as ignorant people think...
But, I would be first to tell everyone - don't touch it IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT...as it could and will kill you...

3- And as far as our "born again" - I will say that I doubt that he ever used INSULIN in his career - and at one point (2003) I did talk to him that IF he made a comeback maybe he would want to know how to use it...and at that time I was ready to share the info with him...However, he decided NOT to compete so that never happened...(not that we made a plan or anything...but knowing that he looked so spectacular WITHOUT IT I told him to imagine what he would look like if he packs few more pounds only in specific areas of his body where maybe extra size is needed).
Regardless of NOT respecting him as a person - for obvious reasons (not needed to be told again...) I always respected his physique.
However, I thought that from 1987 when he turned pro he didn't improve as much as he could...and IF HE DID - possibly he would have won few Mr. Olympia titles.
In 15 years he stayed pretty much the same...and considering that he did everything else BUT INSULIN - I believe that he could be way better than he was...

4- I want to congratulate all of my guys for great showing...Dennis shocked the world and IF there was the justice he could have won the whole show...
Johnnie was little bit overlooked, little bit less aggressive as I wanted him to be...and actually HAD TOO MUCH GLYCOGEN stored in the muscle which made him appear less sharper as AC...
With each and every comparison he was getting better and better and IF he had just couple of more - he would have also given Jay, Victor and Dennis run for their money...
Hidetada Yamagishi was absolutely spectacular and IMO best conditioned guy on that stage...
With all improvements he made over the year - he was at his all time best and certainly I saw him deserving of comparisons with Melvin, David, Silvio, Ronnie...
Why he wasn't compared - puzzles me almost as much as WHY were the judges ONLY people in the whole building NOT wanting to see Dennis next to Jay and Victor, Johnnie next to Melvin and Ronnie, Hide next to Silvio and David...me next to Shawn and Bob...

Your assessment of JJ with too much glycogen stored sums up my insulin argurment perfectly, IMO, fine offseason, but one miscalculation and you immediatly spill. With insulin comes carbs with carbs comes glycogen..too much and you spill. Too difficult to peak or get really really shredded, Hide was an exeption......and speaking of Hide, you guaranteed 20lbs of muscle and he supposedly came in at 175.....was he 155 before :-\??

No...he was seriously listed at 175, I couldn't believe it myself, I personally had him in the top 10 with Henry.

and it sounds sarcastic/ attempting to be humorous, "was he 155 before", you and I both know he weighs more than that

Too much glycogen and you spill?
Where will you find glycogen INSIDE or OUTSIDE of cells?
I didn't mean AT ALL that JOJ spilled over...as he would be first one to tell you - he was dry and happy with his condition...

But, being that for the first time ever - we were going ALL OUT and storing as much glycogen as we could (being that at Olympia you have to have something extra special in order to make your mark) - and Johnnie just have SOOOOO MUCH MUSCLE...by the time we realized how full he was - he was ready to explode...

Some people are better off being somewhat "flat" as they would appear sharper...while others are exactly the opposite.
In his last comparison JOJ was close to being exactly the way I would have want him to be...and another 2 or 3 comparisons would have made him 1998 version of Ronnie (as similar happened to Ronnie in 1998 Mr. Olympia - who appeared softer in the beginning of the show - thus he wasn't even called out with the top six...but after few comparisons he started to get tighter and tighter and by the end he was absolutely superb - winning the show as complete underdog with absolutely spectacular condition...)

In Montreal JOJ was little under-carbed and thus didn't really seem as muscular is he really is...In AC we did present bigger package and many people realized how dangerous JOJ could be...so normally for the O we were going "all out"...I will post some photos later to show what I mean by dry but overloaded with glycogen...

As far as danger of using carbs to get super-shredded - as I said on the radio - easiest thing in the world is to bring competitor on the stage DRY...but being dry is not ONLY requirement.
Deplete into the show - and you will be dry...very, very easily...
Just about everyone does it still at the world championships and other amateur shows world wide..

But, when you try to get the best condition on the stage with:
1- most muscles earned and hardly any lost in process of dieting
2- super low body fat
3- as much intracellular water
4-least amount of extracellular water
5- As much GLYCOGEN (as NOW I am even more convinced - is NOT necessarily the truth - as some look better semi-loaded with glycogen..)...etc...etc - things get little bit more complicated.

Anyway...as far as Hide - he was at his all time best - no question...and mentioning some ridiculous weight of 175 lbs - shows how much you pay attention to everything...
