well sine i am young, and still a "beginner"...i made improvements in EVERY area. more conditioned, more muscular, better shape, wider calvicles,..the list goes on and on.

no, stark, i dont think so. when i started dietinga littl over a year ago i was at like 30% bf, had a 38 inch waist, and had 18 and a half inch arms. now i have a 33 inch waist, am at 13%bf and have almost 17 inch arms. and they have grown considerably larger (muscle-wise) since i started dieting.

the lower you get the more you will realise this..

i am at 13% now, but i was as low as 10%...( i got fucked in the ass by an article claiming cantaloupe had "negative calories" that had me eating whole cantaloupes like they were skittles)..and 13% feels fat as shit!
