That's true! At least he doesn't behave himself as an arrogant, little, fag like most of the bbers. He was the biggest and really trained hard.

nah..it doesnt suck. he wasnt making any improvements, he COULDNT get any bigger....he gave us the inspiration we needed, we have the pictures of him left..     

Im glad he is retiring. He'll live much longer.

Ruhl was the only character in bodybuilding.Damn this sucks. Im a huge Ruhl fan, but i guess looking at it from a health perspective, it will do Ruhl good.

he maxxed out that frame,and has misshappen mass to show,was very good a few yrs back,it is coming to a point at the top shows that some of these larger bbers show up bloated,db chin,loose folds,all the opposite of even 10 yrs ago.some of these guys don't even look like theystruggled a bit dieting at least not facially.faces look offseason.

depends on what role he is playing, but he probably tends to be in the swallowing position more often. So I agree.

It was great chatting with you. I wish I got a picture with you....

For those people who have never met Derek in person...he is very intelligent, respectful....he was cool to everybody that approached him Answered a lot of questions from people seeking knowledge ...you wont believe how many females he knows. Many girls at the expo also went up to him.

It was an honor and a priveledge to meet you, Derek!
