They are not cutting the underside of the breast anymore Danielson unless they are doing a major lift, they are making incisions around the areola and going in through there, thus eliminating that anchor like scar.

I had my job done in Feb. of 2002...the doctor did go under the breast and let me tell you it was not lift, just a nice bag of Saline in both (650cc's...actually thought it was 750 but happened to recently look at my paperwork). You can not even see the scar...seriously. I love my Saline although i do believe Silicone is coming back.

Oh yes, by the way, this doctor does not do outpatient procedures...i had an overnight stay at a local hospital and was treated just like anyone else there...sick or just being plain vane (in my case)...irony of it all was that Hans (the boyfriend) died in the same hospital little over a year later.

Call me a weirdo, but I personally would rather see small/tiny naturals than huge fake breasts, be it silicone or saline. An athletic woman with smallish natural breasts looks way more natural to me than one with biggish fake breasts.

Yea mine USED to look like that until i got pregnant and nursed for a year then gained weight and lost weight...i'm glad i got mine done. Besides, being tall and having C's didn't look so hot...now i'm proportionate in my opinion and people think mine are real only because they fit my body perfectly.

Please don't get me wrong, I'm not criticizing you for having breast implants, I just personally don't find them that attractive.   My mother in law has them (post bilateral radical mastectomy for breast cancer) and I'll be honest, she's in great shape for a woman who is nearly 60, but its really weird to me for her breasts to be as perky as my wife's are adn I had a hard time adjusting to her bigger cup size (she went from a big B to a BIG C post surgery).

LOL.  The smartest thing a man can ever do is look at a womans mother critically when they are first dating.  Its rare an apple falls far from the tree.   ;)

i've had a girlfriend with saline implants, they took some getting used to, as in i think they were built for speed; on the other side of the coin my current love interest has silicone and i have to say they feel more natural, definately built for comfort. in the end you have to decide what's right for you!
