Thank you ! David Henry was huge ( pound for pound ) ripped and pretty well balanced , he looked fantastic.

David Henry is awesome.  I was stationed with him years ago, and he was not nearly as big back then. 
The one thing I dont understand is how he passes the AF drug tests...

I agree.  But I think a man of 5'3, as well as a man of 6'4 (Quincy Taylor) can only hope to place at the very best in the top eight if they do everything right.  Bodybuilding is not meant for those of extreme heights.

Easy, they don't test for AS in the Air Force. Or the Army, as far as I know. Only narcotics and the like.

Plus, he's not active anymore, so he never gets tested.

Exactly.  You do need some degree of stature.  I would say you need to be a minimum of 5'8 to be Mr. Olympia and 5'5 to place in the top six.

Now that is an ignorant statement.  I am in the AF and yes they do test for AS.  Also just because he's not active anymore doesnt mean he doesnt get tested.

Because I'm in the Army and I can tell you that they don't. Reserve almost never get tested, as well.

In this day and age 5'8" is pushing it , Cutler is lucky ( in more ways than one )  if he's 5'9" the average seems to be 5'10" - 5'11" there will be another tall bodybuilder come along 6'2" and he will dominate like no one else , the advent of drugs today a tall guy can really fill out his frame and when he does watch out ! the problem with taller guys is legs they always seem to small for their physiques .
