What I have learned from the MGBII

I know I let alot of my bros on the 'Y' down by submitting pics that depict me as a tiny tit.
But I have gained some insight into how MY body works from this 'experiement'

1. Not drinking water for more than 1 day will make you look flat. Thats what I did, in an attempt to 'dry out'. It felt like I started holding more water at the end.
2. Carb Loading is tricky. I stayed with Oats in the morning and Sweet potatoe after working out. Read some things about loading for 2-3 days. Which I did and the result was that i ate too much garbage (like jelly and rasinettes) and the result was what you see.
3. No mirror in front of me when posing. I went on how my brother was taking the pics. A simple mirror for my eyes would of made alot of poses better.
4. In a rush to take pics. I was hungry and thirsty, at my bros apt., did the pics before the roomies woke up so to save face from 'homo' activities thus you got some blurry pics.
5. Dieted too late. Not much there other than waited to long to be strict.
6. I forgot to clench my butt, which would make it not look so bad. hahah (so gay )
7. I like my side chest pose.

Where do I go from here?

Back to doing what works for me. For one Im going back to the normal diet and two im drinking tons of water. It will be two weeks before I post NEW pics so when that comes then you will know. I hope this answers anyone's questions that they had for me. I appreciated the support from the cats on this board. I didnt feel like answering everyone's quesitons from G&O. I mean im no one special, just someone who post here. And I will never go under 170 lbs. If I have to so I can have 'abs' then fuck it, id rather be bigger than smaller.

jay no offense....What you did took balls...However, if you were to come in with "Adonis" like conditioning, you would be lucky to hit the 145 LBS mark..

You don't have to stay at that weight. It might be instructive to see how you look at different weights.

Jae, you did great. You entered, stuck to your word and produced pics, which was more than most did, and you have been handling everything well being very good natured. In the end, the competition is for fun.

As far as your condition, it wasn't water, or carb loading etc - you simply needed more weeks for dieting. You actually have a nice structure imo.

Every show is a learning experience, take this and learn from it.

Damn, that was cold CQ. He spilled a bit, give him a break.  At least he didn't puss out like the rest of the guys. JJ is man of his word, that alone makes him better than all the pussies who signed up but didn't submit pics.

He was off his condition mark no doubt, and yes I totally agree that even entering makes him 'the man'. Without those guys there would be no show, and it takes a lot of gall to enter a show on getbig, of all places. Jay Cutler himself could enter, and people would flame.

Alex is right.

Jae didn't blow it by missing some carb loading.

He simply just was delusional about his fat levels and condition.

From where he seems to be right now, he needs probably some 12-16 weeks to get in really good shape.

I actually feel a little sorry for aliamini (now that's a first time) who wasted minutes of his life helping jaejonna preparing for the show.

It was all for nothing.
