Hi, I'm a 20 year old guy and I've been seriosuly working out and eating right for a little over a year now and I'm coming along amazing, gained 35lbs with 8 % bf. My only problem is that I have miniscule love handles, I notice. Abs are there, but lower could pop out more - so my question is, should I bother with more cardio and a fat burner, I really don't want to lose any muscle so I'm weary of overdoing it with cardio. WHAT THE HELL DO I DO TO ELIMINATE THAT LAST LITTLE BIT OF LOWER BACK LOVE HANDLE FAT!?!?

he probably got asked how much muscles he gained on thr training board, but as he didn't really know the acceptable lying threshold for getbig, he looked at the tub of gakic he'd been using for the last 2 months which said "gain up to 25 pounds of rock solid mass in just 4 weeks!!!" and he figured i've been eating this for 2 months now so I must have gained at least 40 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the sod who claimed that 35 lbs at 8% a year was his accomplishment; 10 lbs a year is good whilst getting fat and 12 is exceptional whilst getting fat, natural of course. You could put on more with gear but you would still be getting fat unless you run around at 4% all the time...
