I am not all that excited about going again. Cramped, hot, stuffy expo, same old tired lies from the supp companies, etc

I will hit either the ASC or the LaFit expo / Iron man.
Due to the dense crowds and desire for a new show experience I am opting for the IM.

Thanks Suqad, pic is from a recent cruise , I am holding steady at 250 and "may" diet and do a local Mr Podunk next late spring. However, I never saw a donut I could say NO to hehehehe.
