LOL, I know I would like to see a lot more doing the following "classic, epic poses"
1. The raise the roof , repeated several times in a row for effect.
2. The hand to the ear, begging for applause.
3. 32 non stop various of the crab /most muscular .
4. Hike the trunks up your azz and flex the cheeks pose.
5. flex so hard you face turn beet red and veins blow out from your temples.
6. walk around in a circle on stage, winded between poses ,with gut heaving in and out.
7. "pulling a Paul Dilett". Abuse diuretics and go in a full body cramp pose .
8. " pulling a titus" After getting 2nd, throw a full tantrum and throw your trophy pose.
9. show off your synthol oiled delts in a side shot pose.
10. the barrel waisted instead of barrel chested pose.
