Hey UDE hows the contest prep going?

Not to good bro, I still have limited strength in my right forearm/tricep  due to tendinitis, I tried acupuncture therapy and a new product called Mona Vie, and although it feels 90% better and I can shake peoples hands again, I am still very limited, It might be the fear of re-injuring it. I see my right arm lagging a bit behind.

I am very upset with this, I would never say the pre-contest training and diet has gone to waste because this is the best I have felt in my life, (Well not better than bootcamp) but I was 20 years old then.

Looks like I will miss out on this one.

How are you doing?

Have you looked into any PT?

Excellent point Rim.

If you have good insurance go for it, you can get a script for PT from an orthopedic.

Also stay FAR away from direct arm training for a few months while you recover. stick to compound movements for chest, shoulders and back. NO skull crushers EVER! i remember you saying they bothered your elbows, well from a kinesiology point of view they are the worst exercise for your elbows. we called them elbow destroyers in school because so many athletes hurt themselves doing them.

Good luck!
