Matador from Pickup Artist, former beast!

If any of you have seen that guy "matador" from "the pickup artist" on vh1... this is a little post he made a while back

When I turned 21, I started to lift for aesthetic purposes, not just for athletic performance. At my peak I managed to get to 245 and 3.8% body fat benching 450lbs for 4-5 reps

ATTENTION FROM WOMEN

This result was two-fold. I am around 6’2”. When I hit around 205 at 5% body fat, I noticed a night and day difference with women throwing IOIs at me. When I started to increase to 220lbs at 6% I noticed it started to go down. When I hit 245lbs @ 6-7% body fat I noticed it go down a lot. Some girls would still throw IOIs, but most were scared of me. In addition, some simply gave me deliberate IODs.

To put 205@5% into perspective: It would look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club or Troy.

At 220lbs@6%, it would look The Rock in Scorpion King.

At 245lbs@6-7% body fat, it would look freakish and like the guys on the cover of Muscle and Fitness and maybe FLEX (the guys on the cover of FLEX are pros and still are at another level above).

Where are all these guys walking around at 6% bodyfat? Or 3.8% bodyfat?

Maybe Flex had to test out at 0.0% bodyfat to show these guys they are actually fat?

I'm not large, infact I'm very small (especially by getbig standards) but I have noticed that women are afraid of me. 

I'm also butt ugly and look a little crazy too.. so maybe that has something to do with it

Neil Strauss: I’m going to give you an extreme proof of Mystery’s theories. I was in Bangladesh in a small village in the middle of nowhere. They had no TV and no internet. Not only did the game work on a girl that was completely Muslim and her family wanted to kill me, but because I was peacocking and wearing special earrings and stuff I had a bunch of girls attracted to me that were following me everywhere. It's fake. Of the two finalist, one was an actor; the other a model.  
All the real freaks were pushed out early.

Mystery's methods might work so well because he's 6'5'' and decent looking.

No idea about the show though, I read that stuff.  Its hard for me to be able to understand how an actor can be "shy" as that guy was.

Pop star admits he tried too hard to beef up

Gareth Gates has admitted he took too many steroids in an effort to improve his physique.

The 22-year-old, whose new single Changes is out now, says 18 months ago he was into body building in a big way.

'I'd been on the steroids,' he admits. 'I was taking Creatine, which is a legal steroid, and I went through a stage of having that with lots of protein supplements and going to the gym five days a week.

'It got to the point where I looked in the mirror and the size of my neck was just ridiculous.

'So I had to say, "Woah", and ease off the gym a bit. That was about a year and a half ago and I haven't been since, so I'm back to my usual skinny self. I've still got the stretch marks...'

The Pop Idol star reckons he's not self-obssessed though.

'I take pride in my appearance,' he tells Celebs On Sunday, 'but I'm not vain, although lots of people would disagree.

'I spend 10 minutes getting ready - and then about half an hour looking in the mirror!'

Mystery's methods have real science behind them, but it's not going to help a total slob bag a hot chick like he says. Anyone that looks pretty good and doesn't come off as a creepy stalker can bang a drunk hot chick.
