well i don't know if you considerer my 26 years old as a newbe but you do remind me those old pop's from my gym that are still competing for over 20 years and just look as bad as they looked when they first started...reason:
very close minded and doing same shit today they ware doing 20 years ago don't have the capacity to evolute and even worst don't have the humility to hear what other have to say either if they are younger or older...

Well i don't know whats his aspirations as a "BB" and the quality level of this show he is going to participate but 1 have only 2 things to say about that.

1.for only 9 weeks out he dont look good
2.He will not look good for the show...maybe he will look "ok" but not good

Look at this guy here he participated in a BB constest i organised with few more people and he also claims to be a BB....
off course he is free to considerer himself as we want...

Oh and not for nothing, but his wife is hot as hell, maybe that is why you hate him?

he spreads alot of pseudo bs about training and nutrition. (inner chest, eating 500g of protein per day, useless supplements etc etc)

but i wont flame you no more i replayed to this post and your openion on insulin usage and Milos methods so i will just do my prep and then
we will see if insulin usage its that bad as you say.

i am leaving something for you here very educational i think,about steroids and hormones....

excellent point. Also the frank t clown here should just crawl under a rock. Coach looks superb in those pics and I'm positive he'll present a better package come showtime. He works with one of the best nutritionists in the biz IMO and I'd give anything to have the whole process ( dieting that is ) explained to me. I'm a big fan of Jim's methods.
