Forrest Gump, The Shawshank Redemption and Pulp Fiction just to name a few. I can't think of a better year, anyone?

Conan the barbarian, 48 hours, The Thing, Blade Runner, Rocky III, Mad Max: The Roadwarrior and of course First Blood!  8)
