wow man nice job, I jut turned 15 and i can benchpress 210 lbs, curl about 120 and i weigh 150 i want to get rid of all fat but still build muscle at the same time and im not sure how i should go at it.

Not everyone benched 500lbs like you do Squadfather...
i'm not saying i bench 500 but any 15 year old with a little bit of muscle should be able to bench 205 with a heavy collar on each side.
I don't know. Everyone is different. My bench is horrible but even those people I know who have only been working out for a few years like I have don't do that much better. It would be interesting to get an average for most people but I doubt many would be honest about it.

I did. I started 4 and a half years ago and I will be 30 in February. 25/26...My Bench has always lagged. Just genetics I guess.

There were guys benching 275 when i was a freshman in highschool. Hell i remember we had one guy who was 160 and benched 320.
So you only bench 400lbs then....
