monster forearms and calves.

yeah forearms and calves are very important..they add to that herculean look.

compare that to ruhl who has insanely big biceps but pathetic forearms....that kind of look....looks like shit.

kamali are you listening?

Mentzer's front relaxed shot is one of the best ever.  His arms look thick as fuck.

yeah, his arms are very good..specially in that pose. his arms werent as long as arnolds which took away some of the impressiveness ...but they were still very good.

im not so sure..atleast when it comes to forearms....(biceps are fucked)

he (kamali) should try to add in direct forearm work 1-2 times a week (i doubt he has)

as should many other pros.

i think a very big difference in forearm mass and bicep/tricep mass is a good indicator of synthol use.

I think Mike had arms along the line of Levrone or Sergio, low insertions and not much of a peak but thick and dense as hell

yeah, very true, I'm a big Dorian fan and I think he was alot more streamlined than alot of guys today.  I don't know if or how much insulin he used but it couldn't have been as much as today, it's a shame i think insulin is why physiques of the 90's are  basically a thing of the past.s

they should find a way to ban that shit, i think it's a combination of both the insulin and the overeating though, makes all these guys look smooth and soft.

he helped Dorian out a lot during his reign so he liked his physique.

he didnt help alot..he claimed to have helped dorian more than he actually did. (the belief helped mentzer to make more money tho)

when dorian started out he was inspired by mentzers theories and adopted some of them and added his own twist to the high intensity philosophy.

dorian trained with mentzer  3-4 times in cali back in 1992..
but mentzer never helped dorian as much as some people claim. dorian was always his own coach.

mentzer liked dorians mentality but he didnt like dorians phsyique that much..(specially not after 94 or so)
