if i could choose a physique i could have myself...id choose the physique mike presented that day. thats the "inner look" i have in my head that im trying to achieve.

And he ended up killing himself with drugs and amphetamines. Sad really. He was only 50 or so.

yeah he went totally crazy after 84 or so...had always been borderline crazy but he really lost it in the mid 80s...

died due to heart complications (maybe a cover up story and he killed himself...i donno...?)

Yeah...I have always adopted the less is more principle fromhim but his train till you physically can't walk stuff was nonsense. His heart attack was hastened by the stuff he took...may have been a closet homosexual as well...

if he was a closet homo or not..i have no idea about. and in my opinion he was wrong about many things..but did do some good things; for example..he questioned all the psedo bs that weider spewed out.

but all his faults aside..when he was at his best he was an amazing bodybuilder.

when he didnt overdiet and managed to keep chest thickness (which he had problems with....thats why he looks like shit in some pics...) he was an amazing bodybuilder.
