Not at all. It almost looks like he has jowls. But again bodybuilding is only about 1 day. That's a shame though.

It's mostly edema, which is not good at all. You can tell because of his legs and calves. Prolly 15-20 lbs of water there.

why do u think mags and photogs snap thousands of pics,so they can fill there mags all yr and sell to the public bbing as ripped and in shaped all the time,there will never be an all offseason mag,thats why the internet has good nd bad on bbing,now u can see guest posing pics all yr,pre internet if u didn't see show ,you didn't see guest posers off shape.vics a big dude,kai has thick ass legs,and good size arms are very good in shape ,so/so there.

This is really true. I remember seeing certain fitness competitors and thinking...Wow they really look like real people in the offseason, when I was so intimidated by the magazines.

BUT I will say this...the guys did not USED to look this horrible in the offseason. I will say that. I don't recall seeing Flex, Shawn, Kevin, and some of these others looking like this.

I can remember seeing them guest pose and people saying Damn...I gotta go train.

hes probably like 300lbs at what 5ft 8 9? hes going to look bloated no matter what. when ou diet for the fuckin olympia you are going to be depleted as all shit and HUNGRY.. once you eat youre going to put on a crap load of water and fat.

He looks bloated and gross. A lot of fat asses at my gym could say they were hard because they have SOME definition.

I've not seen Flex, Shawn, or Kevin look like they had been eating at the all you can eat buffet. They may not have been contest shape, but I remember seeing them guest pose and they still looked worth something.
