Shawn! 2008 Colorado Pro? Any idea yet?

Now that the O has come and gone ,any new details on your Colorado Pro show for 2008?

Thanks and I have to admit ,that your event, is my favorite pro  show overall. I know I sound like some lacky, LOL.
I simply ENJOYED the show experience of the Colorado Pro more than any other pro event I ever attended.
I would like to see a bigger expo (if possible) and vendors near the night show if possible.
I would love to see the pros in the show at tables/booths an hr before the night show (6-7?)starts for a fan meet and greet and pic sales.

yes, obviously I felt Shawn's Colorado Pro is well worth going to and is my favorite event.
Here are the positive factors:
1. The lineup was good quality overall and the pro figure was fun to wtach as well along with the NPC event .
2. The expo will be better next year , BUT was ok this year. If you want to go to a densly packed expo with a million people , go to the ASC. Having said that, yes, the Arnold expo is a better expo "if" you go at the off peak times. OVERALL< I had a good low key time at the Col pro expo.

3. The show theatre is incredible for the Col pro. It is huge venue that gives the event an atmosphere of class and drama.The lighting was top notch,as was the sound quality. Everyone looked they had a good seat to get an excellent view of the stage.

4. Denver is a wonderful place to visit. No, it does not have the same stuff as vegas. However, 70 miles NW is the Rocky Mt national park and well worth a couple days visit.

5. I think that the Col Pro offers a lot of bang for your buck compared to other events in BB. I only hope that Shawn offers:
a) a VIP type of ticket with best seats for all events
b) a meet/greet for the fans to meet the pros.

Yes, the Col Pro is different than the Olympia and ASC and I am glad it is. It is more in line with how I think pro BB shows/events should be run and produced.

Which pros will be doing the Colorado Pro next year?  Have you gotten any comittments yet? Who has expressed an interest?

With the great caliber of your show and the huge audiences it has, I wouldn't be surprised if you get a Wolf/Victor/Dexter matchup!

Not even sure if the show is scheduled yet, with everything going on. Look for the schedule in less than a month out there.

As for Victor Martinez, Arnold and Olympia are his best bet to topple the current champion Jay next year.

Wolf though is a major contender also for 2008.

Rumors of the demise of Shawn's Colorado Pro have been greatly exaggerated in each of the past two years. In 2006, Wayne told me the show would be cancelled and it wasn't. Then I heard the same rumors last year.

You can't stop Shawn Ray...you can only hope to contain him.

Well, then all he would need to say is something like "Vyotech has commited to funding the 2008 show, and we are looking at a June date".  Instead, he remains silent and deletes posts asking about it.  Very telling.

Don't you have to book a venue like the Denver convention center like a year out or something?  Facilities like those are not always available when trying to book short-term.  You'd think a deposit would already have been paid and he could give us the date at least.
