He looks quite a bit leaner than you, and also LOOKS to have 10-15 lbs on you.  No idea if he does, but unless you're saucing quite a bit, adding that much muscle in a year and still dropping a few % bf will probably be tough.

I said he LOOKS that much bigger.  For all I know he's 175 lbs and 5' 2".  The actual numbers don't matter, what does is that side by side I think he's a fair bit bigger, at least from the torso.
