what was your diet like Tim?
Dave,I ate real light(small meals),high protein,low to zero carbs with a carbup day,sometimes two,but not real high every three to five days.
Typical low carb day was a shake in water two times a day.....pre-and post-workout,a can of tuna and water 3 times a day,and 10 eggwhites with 1-2 whole eggs...............=6 meals.
For carbups I usually ate 2-4 baked potatoes only early in the day......also used dextrose at PW,but eliminated it as I got closer to the contest.
Suffered like a fucking dog.
Drank tons of water too.
