Took second place in the Over-50 class of the NABBA Nationals this Saturday.got 3rd. in the Over-40 class.

Just missed winning my class in the Over-50 by one point.

I`m the good looking old bastard on the right!!

Thanks fella`s..............I think I acheived the best shape of my life(so far) at 52 years of age.

Spartan diet,and balls out training all year long.

Dave,I ate real light(small meals),high protein,low to zero carbs with a carbup day,sometimes two,but not real high every three to five days.

Typical low carb day was a shake in water two times a day.....pre-and post-workout,a can of tuna and water 3 times a day,and 10 eggwhites with 1-2 whole eggs...............=6 meals.

For carbups I usually ate 2-4 baked potatoes only early in the day......also used dextrose at PW,but eliminated it as I got closer to the contest.

Suffered like a fucking dog.

Drank tons of water too.

Oh yeah,Dave..........I went by the mirror only and didn`t care what I weighed as I usually do........no clue how light I was,but I kept a lot of muscle and created an illusion of size.

I was real light though,I do know that.

Skin is tight too- some aren't even that tight at 35... Usually you see the whole "Ric Flair" affect come about in these classes. Good ish Wes
