Thanks guys, I honestly thought it could have gone either way as we all had differant strengths and weaknesses. All the guys did really well and you can see in the scorecards that it was very close and really depended on what each judge was looking for. Well done to all the guys and full props once again to Alexx, Daddy, Neo, Rowdy and JJ. Thanks again to CQ, MS and 240.

Congrats to Honour and the other guys.  You guys all own me... well, except you JJ. 


Alright, enough praise.  Let's start the bashing! 

Honour - legs legs legs!!!
Alex - ffs shave.  Fishy progress, but that's a compliment I guess.
Neo, you just needed better lighting.  Wasn't bad but could have showed you better.
DW - Conditioning wasn't bad, on par with Alex I think.  Just plain ugly sometimes.
Get R - Awesome for 17.  Can't bash him.
JJ - You know what to do.  I didn't give you last on Abs Thighs but that pic is priceless.

But I think Jaejonna has the MOST potential of all the competitors.  Based on his structure, muscle shape and frame...he's in a position to build a very aesthetic physique... 

Considering he knows how to train/diet and put on some quality muscle.

Thanks for the props guys. I know I have a lot of weak areas and I intend to rectify this by targeting them, but for 5 months in the gym I think I am doing ok. I also know there are a ton of guys here that could have beaten me so I do feel lucky to have won, but as they say "you have to be in it to win it" .

you my friend as mistaken IAF for good size..a lot of people make that mistake! because you don't see outwardly signs of a high BF you assume that it is all muscle. In his pics he doesn't even have abs..he would need to drop 25lbs to be in the running.
