well I have to say..since september 5 i have lost 16llbs. And a big help has been my smart ones meals. Its hard to cook for myself (let alone my little one for the week). I work full time in a law firm and go to paralegal school 3 nights a week. So I cook chicken for the week for lunch and bring a smart one to work for the nights i go to school and heat it up there.. but if i'm not putting any salt on any food and I really just eat grilled chicken and rice for lunch or a tuna fish with mustard wrapped in romaine lettuce. So I dont think the sodium is hurting me much. So I'm all for these meals...but thats me
