That's just a technicality.  He can just show up out of shape, slap on a tan and win just like Jay did.

He's already signed with Weider so all he needs is the final piece of the puzzle, signing with Muscletech of course.

Maybe the Muscletech contract is the improvement the chicken keeps saying he's going to make when he dodges the Olympia every year.
