Didn't Milos tear his quad hack squating like 900 lbs. I'd put my money on Milo anyday.
Pretty stupid of him, when he could have done the job with a plate or two per side!
never got into the deadlift...lower back never agreed with them...highest squat I ever did was 600. I was always better at heavy weight for high reps
You're probably messing around, with the above comment. However, I believe Milos has commented that it was AFTER the Hack Squat accident, that he developed his current training methods.
perhaps, but i bet his legs haven't got any more muscular development since he made the change.
yes, but someone credible(like Squad himself) would have to be there to witness it, and not one of Milos's minions, anyone can put on fake plates and video tape it.
I think I am pretty credible on this account. It would have to be after the NPC Nationals next week in Dallas.
troll bait - 5 secondscast into cyber space - 2 seconds3 pages of hook, line and sinker - priceless
hahahaha, these guys are so easy, i'll never understand the psychology of a typical pro, you can compliment them all day long and they won't respond but make one comment about having an underdeveloped bodypart or a weak lift and you'd think you just killed their dog.
hahahhaa, i don't care about it that much, "dantelis".
is that why you constantly lick bob chick's balls?
Good bet... I like it.. when Milos does this, and probably on videotape, you will have to change your name again. Either that, or give Milos his respect and credit on winning this outrageous claim!
Ron,You should realize that Squadfather has a serious mental problem at this point. I'm not taking a jab at the guy, but he posts all day long and doesn;t see a problem with it, is in horrible shape but can't see it, etc. etc. I think he has Asperger's Syndrome (Persons with AS show marked deficiencies in social skills, have difficulties with transitions or changes and prefer samenes...many behaviors that seem odd or unusual are due to those neurological differences and not the result of intentional rudeness or bad behavior). You can't argue with a neurological disorder.
