my Lord, in walks this guy, mid 20's, 6'0" 174 pounds of hairy skinny/fat, throws down his notebook to the floor and proceeds to bang out 3 sets of 6 deadlifts with 135 on the Flex Fitness bb row platform, the proceeds to blast an absolutley brutal 3 sets of barbell rows with a 10 and a 5 on each side of the Olympic bar with his back totally straight for 8 reps, i say to him, "it's man mountains like you who inspire me to try to get HUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGEEEE EE", hahahahahahaaa.
